Port village and pools from the Costa Maya cruise port

Right at the end of the pier: souvenir shops, bars, a small beach and swimming pools that cruise passengers can use. Easy and close to the ship, but it is a cruise-only enclave, not a real town.

How much time do you need?

Plan 1.5 hours for the whole trip, travel from and back to the ship included. Add a safety margin of about an hour and a half before your ship leaves: you want a port stop of at least 3 hours to do this without stress. Your ship's all-aboard time is what counts.
